Thailand - Travel day

It's been a while since I've blogged mainly due to a fussy sick baby. Now however, she's doing much better and I've been able to live life normally for the past few months. My hair is finally getting washed and teeth brushed. I won't give you the full update on my life right this very second because we are in THAILAND! I know most of you know that but I just like saying it.
We are hanging out smack dab in the middle of the country on an island called Koh Chang. It's been on the calendar for the past few months and it still seems unreal that we're actually here. *SQUEAL*

I posted earlier on facebook that we wouldn't be posting pictures until we got home because we left our card reader at home. Well, we found one so i'll be posting pictures and little tid bits about our trip as we go along.

The flight's over here were pleasantly uneventful. Both the girls were great. Hailey didn't sleep a wink but Lilah slept most of the flights.

About ready to take off from Korea. It was a mostly restful flight. Hailey was treated like royalty by both the flight attendants and passengers. It's the blond curly hair.

After our first flight we had a 3 hour layover in Bangkok. The airport was really busy and it took us a while to get around but we made our flight with time to spare. The airlines we were flying through had it's own lounge and kids play room for all it's passengers. We all got some free refreshments and Hailey and Lilah got to play a bit. A win for everyone.

She was waiting patiently for our second plane to arrive.

We had to take a bus to our plane because it was just that awesome. Seriously, it's the coolest plane i've ever seen in my life. Check it out..

Is this not the coolest plane EVER! Hailey was all giggly when we were boarding.

We stepped off the plane to a waiting little trolley of awesomeness.

On our return flight I'll take some more pictures of this airport. It's seriously the coolest airport I've ever seen. It was basically a few open huts. You walk up these steps and they have a information booth on the right and the baggage claim on the left which basically a platform where the pilot and his two flight attendants (who happened to be in shirts with brightly colored tropical fish on them) brought the luggage. We left the airport and headed to the ferry dock to catch the last boat to the Ko Chang Island. We then caught our first whiff of Thailand. It. Smells. Wonderful. I wish I could bottle up the aromas. It's spicy and yet sweet and fruity with the faint smell of bug repellent. Yum-O!
